Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Libry for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Libry. However, you grant us:

• A license to process your content with AI to generate your books
• A license to display publicly published books in our library
• The right to use anonymized data to improve our service

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Libry to:

• Create content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
• Share your account credentials with others

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Libry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
